At the request of the Grand Forks City Council, Planning & Community Development is hosting a Parks, Arts & Open Space meeting on July 24, 4-5pm, at the 701 Coworking space. City staff will provide an update of the current Downtown planning effort for Parks & Open Space, then open it up for a listening session/Q&A with the public.
